Absolutely terrible customer service. Horrible mechanics. More issues with vehicle after they touched it than before. Beware.
Complete waste of time and money, said they fixed it and just to bring it back to fix it again picked it up and it won't even start asking for a full refund.

I had my car towed from finksburg to nissan dealership on Reisterstown Rd in ownings mills. I called them and had great customer service, getting straight to the information and getting someone to you. It took them an hour or so to come which is great considering I've always had tow trucks that would take 3 to 4 times as long as they say. And they did it for 60$ flat rate and 3$a mile. They have people that know what there doing and are not lazy. They helped me a lot!
Had to get an emergency tow on Easter Sunday and Barnes was there to help! Couldn't be happier with their quick response. The driver even offloaded my car into the garage! Great customer service, and while I hope to not need a tow again, if I do Barnes will be my first call! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
