Mark has completed 2 separate projects with us and we've been so happy with the results! The first was a new electrical panel - everything was neat, organized and finished professionally. The second project was to rewire, correct electrical hazards in our basement, and install new cam lighting throughout in order to prepare for an exposed painted ceiling project. We just painted and the results are AMAZING!!! Highly recommended.
Mark H Anderson Electrical Services is the WORST experience I have ever had with an electrician. Don’t let Mark’s friendly first impression fool you. Once he has your money, he will show his true colors. I needed my old kitchen rewired and walked Mark through everything I requested. Mark H Anderson did NOT write anything down. Not one single thing. And when I asked him later why something wasn’t done like I had requested, he SCREAMED at me for changing the project!?! This happened more than once. I even had him itemize tasks in the quote to ensure it was done as agreed. This didn’t matter, because he still wired things incorrectly despite that, and blamed me again for changing the job! He instructed me to find some special dimmer switch for my lights. He claimed that this was the only way to make it work. It turns out the dimmer switch wasn’t necessary, nor did it even exist. And he is a so-called specialist? He consistently “forgot” to bring equipment with him to complete my job, but insisted he get paid anyway. He has already been paid for most of the job, despite not completing many of the tasks. I have left several texts and phone messages for him over the past 3 months and he has NOT returned my call. My kitchen remains unfinished and abandoned by this incompetent excuse for an electrician. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and posting this review on ALL the websites that review Mark H Anderson Electrical Services. I sincerely hope that this review warns people of this unscrupulous electrician so he can’t take advantage of anybody else!
